Question: What is a common Part?
Answer: there are more than 6 million possible part numbers for Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha, just in OEM parts. So a common part would include some items like Various Nuts, Bolts and O-rings, and for popular models it would also include parts like, Air Filters, Oil and Oil Filters and more.
Question: How Long does it take to receive an order?
Answer: If all the parts on your order are in stock it would take 2 to 3 days anywhere in the USA. If not all the parts on your order are in stock then it would take approximately 7 or 8 working days (Not Including Saturday or Sunday) for you to receive your order. We are an Authorized Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha Dealer and if the parts are not in stock we special order the remaining parts on your order from the manufacturer.
(Manufacturers will only ship to us first they will not drop ship) Once we have the special ordered parts we then pack and ship them to you. On average it takes 3 to 4 working days for us to receive the parts from the manufacturer then 2 to 3 working days from us to you.
