How much time do I have to return an item?
Your return must be received by Dillon Brothers MotorSports Honda Kawasaki Suzuki Yamaha within 14 days of the date that it was shipped to you (as shown on your invoice).
* Orders less than $10.00 may not be returned or exchanged.

What items are not returnable?
Dillon Brothers MotorSports Honda Kawasaki Suzuki Yamaha will not accept returns for the following items:
• Returns for items that retail for less than $10.00
• Electrical Parts
• Bearings
• Body Parts, Fenders, Frames, Fuel Tanks
• Books, Diagrams and Manuals (any printed materials)
• Gaskets
• Special Order or Custom Items
• Stickers
• Close Out Items

What about Order Cancellations?
Dillon Brothers MotorSports Honda Kawasaki Suzuki Yamaha will charge a minimum 30% restocking fee on canceled orders and returned items.

How do I Return an item?
Call Customer Service to discuss your return at 1-800-964-1882.
If you meet the above guidelines your Customer Service Representative will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Ship your package back to Dillon Brothers MotorSports within the 14 day deadline.  Your package will then be inspected upon receipt and if it is acceptable, a credit, less any restocking fees, will be issued to you. All returns sent without prior authorization will be returned to the customer, and no credit or exchange will be offered.

What is the Dillon Brothers MotorSports Exchange Policy?
Exchanges are only authorized for a different color or size of the same item when available. All of the same policies for Returns apply to exchanges including restocking fees (see Return Policy Above).
